Finger-joint edge-glued material is also called no defect material. It is made of high quality wood species such as Chinese Fir, Japanese cedar, Japanece Cypress, Hemlock, Balsam, Huaqi pine, Radiata Pine and Fujian Pine. After completing the process of sawing, kiln drying and selection, the materials undergo the process of finger-jointing moulding edge-gluing and sanding to complete a new type of material.
Being a material of natural base, it possesses a better ability than natural wood to retain its stable qualities. It has a higher strength (in terms of elasticity and compression). It is not subject to change of shape and does not contract. Being a strong sound absorber, it ensures better sound effect. It is a good regulator of humidity ad a bad conductor of heat. With these better qualities, it is widely used for furniture, construction and decoration.
